Great experience. Pie, tea, and service were excellent. Best French apple pie I've had in years combined with a delicious, fresh tasting tea (wildberry, I think). Comfortable room, too. I'll be back. I think pecan pie next time.

I think I've found my favorite place in Pen Argyl. Ever since I first set foot inside I was hooked. I've sampled many different pies, and they are all amazing! Will definitely come here often. What makes it even better is they are about 2 blocks from my house!

Well just got back from a great day in PA. spent a few hours at a great Mopar car show at Reagle Dodge. We looked on Yelp prior to leaving for places to eat near there and PTDF looked like a place to try so we went after,Only a few miles away. What a pleasant surprise .First impression was it was so clean,From the cafe to the bathroom.I had the grilled chicken caesar wrap on spinach tortilla and it was very good,Washed it down with a fresh brewed peach iced tea and it was so refreshing. We got the banana cream pie and the apple pie to go.I just tried both of them at home and couldn't be happier.I love good fresh food and this place has it.The owner is a great guy,His son also works there and does a tremendous job taking orders, polite and professional.Just a nice family run business .I just wish this a place was closer to me.I will def stop any time I pass thru Pen Argyl.

LOVED this place. The husband and I were in the area looking for homes due to relocation and stopped in for some dessert. We got the pumpkin crumb (yum) and the blueberry crumb (double yum) and the sweet owners through in a slice of the molasses pie to try since we never tried before. Seriously the sweetest people ever. We hope we find a place close just so we can come and get pie all the time. My husband said literally the best pie he has eaten and we are sweets connoisseurs lmao. The place also is very cute with the horror theme and the owner said they do a movie night also. We are a couple who live in Manhattan surrounded by all the wierd and cool places but we Cant say enough about this cute little find. So do yourself a favor and go get a slice. ENJOY :)

Absolutely amazing. The owner is super friendly and everything is homemade and delicious. My daughter had french toast, bacon and hash brown. I had Taylor ham egg and cheese on a bagel and my fiance had the breakfast burrito. So. Amazing. He even had cholula hot sauce!!! We both got iced coffee with caramel and they put dunkin donuts to SHAME!!! Then we got brave and ate pies. They are literally to die for!!! Pumpkin cream cheese and peach crumb were amazing. We also brought home an apple pie. Highly highly recommended!!!!

My fiancé and I have been wanting to try this place ever since it opened and we finally got our have today. And we did the whole deal: coffee, lunch and dessert. They did not disappoint in any way!! The owners were both there and they are super sweet people!! We started with some blended coffees, Cookies & Cream and Heath Mocha. Both were super delicious and rival (if not beat) Starbucks/Dunkin. We shared a bowl of Cream of Broccoli soup, one of their soup of the day (the other was Tomato Basil and I'm sure that's amazing with their grilled cheese special). There was tons of broccoli and it was topped with good cheddar, and had great flavor. I ordered the Turkey Ciabatta and my fiancé ordered the Chicken Panini (then we have each other half) and each sandwich came with plain ridged chips. The Turkey was made with an orange-cranberry ciabatta (of which was out of this world) and had roasted red peppers, spinach and cheese on it. So yummy!!! The Chicken had a fresh pesto and roasted red peppers inside a really good pita-like bread. Nothing negative to say!! And finally, we had to finish with dessert! Pie, of course!! I got the Key Lime and my fiancé got the Pecan. You can get whipped cream on it, but we opted without. The Pecan wasn't too sweet and the crust was very buttery and not too thick. The Key Lime wasn't too tart and had a really good graham cracker crust. The Pecan had a caramel drizzle on the plate and the Key Lime had a lime/citrus drizzle. Some of the best pie I've ever had, hands down. I look forward to trying many more slices! If this place were in a better location, it would thrive! Everyone in the area just needs to come here for fabulous breakfast, lunch and desserts. They even have open mic nights!! Plus, they always have specials through their Facebook page. We will be back very soon!

Found this cozy cafe on yelp! and had to give it a try based on its glowing reviews. The Pies to Die For Cafe lived up to its name and delivered in every way. Great pies, breakfast sandwiches and hot chocolate -- coupled with friendly service. This is great destination for bike riders. Will definitely be back!!

Extremely cozy, friendly staff/owners. Plan to come in an sit awhile! There is a wide variety of tea available and the coffee/espresso choices are up to par and well executed. The pies and assorted pastries I've had thus far are all equally excellent.
